Szülésfelkészítő tanfolyam II. KISMAMÁKNAK december 4-én

Informatív és interaktív foglalkozás, ahol a szülést, gyermekágyat, és az újszülött gondozást érintő kérdéseket járjuk körbe.

Lehetőséged nyílik feltenni kérdéseidet és megvitatni azokat a többi kismamával és a foglalkozást vezető szakemberekkel.

Megtudhatod, hogyan érintheti a szülést a mentális és fizikai felkészültséged, pillanatnyi lelkiállapotod.

Lehetőséget kapsz megismerni félelmeidet és szembenézni, dolgozni velük.

Praktikus tanácsokkal látunk el a szülés utáni, mama és baba számára egyaránt érzékeny időszakra vonatkozóan.

A program két részből áll, amelyek külön-külön is látogathatóak:

Első rész:

10.00-11.30 Vajúdási pozíciók, a szülés közben alkalmazható relaxációs, vizualizációs technikák és légző gyakorlatok

Részvételi díj: 1600 Ft (jógabérlettel látogatható)

Második rész:

12.30-14.30 A gyermekágy és az újszülött gondozás: esszenciális információk szülésre és anyaságra készülve.

Részvételi díj: 2000 Ft
