Tini hastánc 10-18 éves korig

Kezdő hastánc tanfolyam tinédzsereknek, mely növeli az önbizalmat, javítja a tartást és formálja az alakot!

A hastánc jótékony hatásai: 

            •          fejleszti a ritmusérzéket, mozgáskoordinációt

            •          szép tartást biztosít

            •          átmozgatja az egész testet

            •          kecses mozgásra, testtudatosságra tanít

            •          önbizalom növelő hatású a koreográfiával megélt sikerélményen keresztül

A lányok megtanulhatják a helyes testtartást, magabiztosabbá válhatnak.

A mozgáskoordináció fejlesztése mozgáskombinációs gyakorlatokkal és egyszerűbb koreográfiák tanulásával történik. Emellett az improvizációs gyakorlatok fejlesztik kreativitásukat is.

A hastánc segíthet könnyebben túljutni a serdülőkor önértékelési problémáin. A nemi érés és az ehhez kapcsolódó  testi változások mellett a lelki-pszichés hatások megértését, feldolgozását és helyes önértékelés fejlődését is elősegítjük a tánccal.

Hastáncórán ismerkedünk a keleti zenével és ritmusvilágával, különböző stílusokat ismerhetünk meg, köztük folklór táncokat is. A miénktől eltérő kultúra megismerése a jövőben segít a toleránsabb felnőtté válásban.
