Reflexológia Minikurzus II.

egyszerű masszázs, akupresszúra, reflexológia, energetikai gyakorlatok segítségével

Azok jelentkezését is szeretettel várom, akik nem vettek részt az első kurzuson, mivel a foglalkozások anyaga nem épül egymásra!

Olyan könnyen elsajátítható technikákat, gyakorlatsorokat tanulunk ezen a kurzuson, melyeket utána otthon végezve eredményesen orvosolhatunk testi-lelki problémákat mindenféle segédeszköz nélkül.

Hatékonyan segíthet például fejfájás, stressz, krónikus fáradtság, allergia, orrdugulás esetén, de rendszeresen végezve immunrendszerünk erősítésére, fájdalom-csillapításra, betegség megelőzésére is kiválóan alkalmasak.

A négyórás foglalkozás során a teljes test átmozgatása mellett a következő technikákat tanuljuk meg:

¨       Rövid talpmasszázs önkezelés – egyszerű önmasszázs, a reflexológia tanításaira épülő gyógymód, mely az egész testre hatással van

¨       DoIn 10 orrgyakorlata – gyors segítség nátha, orrdugulás, allergia esetén

¨       Néhány immunrendszer erősítő akupresszúrás pont kezelése

¨       Ránctalanító akupresszúrás arcmasszázs, mely javítja a bőr rugalmasságát, vérkeringését, anyagcseréjét

¨       Frissítő fülmasszázs – az akupresszúra és a reflexológia „házasságából” született technika

¨       Párban végezhető kimozgató, lazító, nyújtó gyakorlatok

 

A kurzus csak megfelelő létszám esetén indul, ezért kérünk, hogy jelentkezésedet emailben vagy telefonon jelezd április 7-ig!
