JÓGA OKTATÁS A SHAKTI JÓGASTÚDIÓBAN

Jóga oktató – gerinc tréner tanfolyam indul az IWI szervezésében 2017. április 29-én Nyíregyházán a Shakti Jógastúdióban. (18 nap, kéthetente szombat-vasárnap, 9.00-16.30, + 3 napos jóga tábor)

Ajánljuk a képzést azoknak az érdeklődőknek, akik oktatóvá szeretnének válni, de azoknak is, akik jelenleg csak ismerkednek a jóga világával, és önfejlesztésként végeznék a tanfolyamot.

Alkalmazott jógát oktatnak, mely könnyen beilleszthető a nyugati ember gondolkodásába, mozgás világába. Kiemelten foglalkozik a gerinc területével, terápiás lehetőségeivel.

A képzésen tanultak a sport világában is felhasználhatóak, a különféle edzők munkáját is nagyszerűen kiegészíthetik.
