Szeretnél egy minden képzeletet felülmúló 2020-as évet?

 

Az Évtervező-Évindító Meditációs foglalkozás során nem csinálunk mást, mint egyhegyű fókusszal a bal agyféltekénket elegendő információval látjuk el a vágyainkról, amitől az "hátradől", megpihen, így a jobb agyféltekénk nyitott lesz az új érzéseinkre, vágyainkra és a boldogság mellett dönt.

Amikor aztán mindketten hátradőlnek, mert biztonságban érzik magukat, egy meditációval hozzáférünk a tudatunkban rejlő képességeinkhez. Ezek fogják aztán azokat a cselekedeteinket és szokásainkat támogatni, amelyekkel valóban remek évet teremtünk és valóra váltjuk azokat az álmainkat amiket tudatosan terveztünk.

Ez nem az az “ezo-zoo teremtés”, amikor egész életünkben a vadaspark karámjai között várunk, hogy a sült galamb (rozmárnak nyers hal, zsiráfoknak zoo csemege) a szánkba hulljon. Nem ígérünk meló mentes teremtést!

Amit a foglalkozáson elérhetsz:

-kicserélheted a hátráltató szokásaidat olyanokra, amelyek támogatnak a vágyott életed elérése felé

-megnyithatod a tudatos figyelmedet azokra a téged támogató értékes lehetőségekre, amelyek eddig is ott voltak az orrod előtt, de még nem vetted észre

-kicserélheted a történeteidhez kapcsolódó érzéseket, hogy a mindennapjaidat, és életed csodálatos munkáját ne a dráma és stressz, hanem az inspirált örömteli állapot jellemezze

Felejtsd el tehát a szokásos, pezsgőbe fojtott újévi kívánságokat!Bízd rá a tudatodra a munkát, hogy már a szilveszteri buli is a jövő évi sikereidet szolgálja!

-kedvenc tollad, vagy ceruzád-a vágyaid, céljaid a fejedben
-kényelmes ruhát a testeden (játszó ruha elég, az ünnepi úgyis rajtad van már)
-barátodat, párodat, akivel szivesen tervezel előre, és nyitott a saját életére
